Matt: Hello! I’m crawling my way out of the Covid mines and am Technically Ready™ to do stuff again! This week on the website we’ve got another collection tour video. Ooh, very exciting! I’d offer further details, but I’m enjoying the mystery of it all too much. Will it be a collection of board games, or hedges, or eggs? Who will be the owner of the collection? Will it be Mystery Kevin, from Mystransylvania?

The mysteries continue: We’ve also got, potentially, another Tunic stream with Tom this week – You can watch the last bits as VODs on Twitch: give the channel a follow if you want to be notified if and when he’s logging on for more chill times.

Finally, Friday’s podcast features Memoir 44: New Flight Plan, Illumination and possibly more?! Who can truly know what lies within the heart of pod?

Matt: I can’t believe it’s almost the end of February! The passage of time in 2022 is truly UNHINGED. This week on the website we’ve got a video this Wednesday from myself and Tom – wrestling with a hot hot game that’s huge, hyped, and fiddlier than a big box of things that look like…

Matt: January has almost been slain, just a few more jabs to those weak ‘n’ flabby points and we can level up to FEB-WOO-RARY. If you too have failed to achieve all the things you’d hoped to this month, then never fear – you’re in good company. What’s going on with this website though, this week?

Matt: It’s the 15th of November – you know what that means – the Chaos Magicians have infiltrated the website! That’s right, it’s the folks from Terra Mystica who make little red houses – and boy have they done a real number on us this time: my microphone has developed a mysterious buzzing sound, Tom’s PC Computer has broken itself – repeatedly – to the extent that it’s clear that dark magic involved, and if that wasn’t enough? The sun itself has been stolen from the UK – leaving us with a permanent state of dull-dark grey from morning until night.

Matt: It’s Monday Night, the stars are out, and I’ve just baked enough lasagne to feed a whale. But what else is going on this week, huh? HUH?

Our Tuesday streams got a bit de-railed over the last few weeks, but we’re back on track with the stuff that we missed: tomorrow we’ll be streaming Star Scrappers: Orbital over on our Twitch channel! It’s by the designer of Terraforming Mars – should be an interesting one! This week’s review is a game that had Quinns appear in the company Slack not too long ago saying: “I just had one of my gaming experiences of the year” – so you’ll not want to miss that one, either…

Hello humans! It’s another Monday here, which means the start of another week of THINGS. This week should be a fun one, I hope – tomorrow on the stream we’ll be doing a Print & Play-Along session of Super Skill Pinball 2! Fire up that deskjet or digitally draw on a PDF like a wizard as we check out the sequel to this brilliant roll & write. Excitingly we’ll be joined by Big Geoff E himself during the stream, cutting down the time we spend getting rules wrong by upwards of 25%. Here are the rules. We’ll teach on the stream, but some people like to read ’em!

Greetings, humans! I’ve been lovingly treated with some blue skies today, as I dive into the exciting world of pre-planning and tech for AwSHUX Spring! I’ve got less than a month to ensure that Technically Difficult moments don’t spoil three days of live broadcast – a stretch of time that is simultaneously CLEARLY ENOUGH whilst also: ARRGH. But this week on the website, things trundle on as usual! Tomorrow we’ll be live-streaming Oriflamme: a game of cunning, malice, and people wearing cloaks. On Wednesday you’ll be graced with a review from Mr Quintin Smith that I cannot personally wait to have a peek at – I suspect it may be a real hot potato! What does that mean, exactly? Honestly I’ve got no idea, but it certainly feels right. This Friday’s podcast features Tom and Quinns chatting about two games: Cascadia and Nidavellir, and over the weekend I’ve plans to help remove rubble from a garden and potentially bake a dozen chocolate muffins. 2021: it is all go.

Matt: Hello and welcome to MONDAY! Gosh, what a peach! It’s grey outside my window but the inside of my heart is a vibrant orange. Honestly, I should see a doctor! This week will kick off properly tomorrow: in reaction to last friday’s podcast celebrating the work of Uwe Rosenberg, we’re hopping onto Twitch to play a game of Excalibohn: the delightfully arthurian-themed twist on the bean-based card game Bohnanza. If you’re in the mood for chilling with us while we’re undoubtedly silly, tune in. On Wednesday you can look forward to a video from Tom that features more tiny games than you can wobble a huge stick at, before finally this Friday you can look forward to an episode of the podcast that’s entirely about Dune Imperium. I believe the podcast is tentatively titled “Matt Lees vs The People”, but I refuse to spill the beans any further than that.
